Exchanges
Thank you for purchasing from The Maurer Shop. At this time we do not accept returns or cancellations on orders. Please contact us at Maurer Law Shop lawshop@iu.edu if you have any order issues.
Exchanges: In order to be eligible for an exchange, please email Maurer Law Shop lawshop@iu.edu.
- To exchange a product it must be shipped to the law school within ten business days of receiving the item.
- Customers will be responsible for exchange shipping costs.
- The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, your exchange will be processed for replacement.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursday when IU campus mail picks up packages. (excluding weekends, holidays, and IU closures). Items are shipped via IU Mail Services using USPS Ground and do not include tracking.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details from the store system.
- If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam folder.
- We are not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address.
- Maurer Shop is not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that was provided.
- Only shipments within the continental United States are currently supported.
- International shipping is not offered at this time.
Please be advised that the Maurer Shop is a small in-house operation that supports student groups. Orders are pulled and shipped by Maurer staff members.
